    Power Corp Sociedad Anonima, ID Number 3-101-332911, the developer, broke ground in March 2009 and is building Treetop Terrace Luxury Residential Condominium Development.  The development consists of one 3 level building consisting of two wings connected by a four level Penthouse tower.  The main level consists of six 2 bedroom, 2 bath units and the exercise center.  The second level consists of four 2 bedroom, 2 bath units, three 1 bedroom, 1 bath units and a 1 bedroom, 2 bath suite.  The third level consists of six 2 bedroom, 2 bath units and a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath multi-level penthouse suite.

  • Tree Top Terrace Condominiums Update, February 7, 2010

    Project Update
    Week # 52 Tree Top Terrace Condominiums February 7, 2010
    The following jobs were completed:
    1- We are working on the walls of the condo number 17; also we are doing the special beams
    to support the roof structure of that condo. We fill with concrete the columns of this condo, in
    order to finish the concrete walls. We are doing a great advance in this condominium.
    2- We are working on the steel roof structure of the condo number 17; we are going to start
    doing the principal steel truss.
    3-We are filling with concrete the interior columns of the condo number 10.
    3-We keep working on the collocation of the tiles of the condo model, we are working on the
    master bedroom and both bathrooms. It is looking great; the tiles colors match each other’s
    perfectly.
    4- We are doing the steel beams of the concrete floor slab of the exterior terraces of the condo
    number 17, we hope finish that terrace next week hopefully.
    5-We do three circular concrete columns that support the third level condos.
